COACHING STAFF

Coach Izzy Om began playing basketball at the age of 9 for the City of Cerritos Recreational League and Norwalk Youth Sports (NYS). Coach Izzy went on to play 4 years of varsity basketball at Fairmont Preparatory Academy where she was named CIF Open Division Honorable Mention, 2nd Team All-Orange County, 2nd Team All-CIF Division 1, San Joaquin Player of the Year, All-Nikkei, and Female Athlete of the Year. Coach Izzy also competed in the Nike EYBL for Cal Swish where she was ranked #2 the country for Assist Rate.

Following her high school career, Coach Izzy played NCAA Division 1 college basketball at the University at Albany where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development and Law. Shortly after graduating college, she was selected to represent the country of Cambodia in the 2023 Southeast Asian Olympics (SEA Games).
